  A Turkish Night event will be organized on the evening of September 26th.

  Each of our guests will be picked up from their hotel between 19:30 and 20:00 by our shuttle services and transferred to the Turkish Night restaurant.
  After our guests are seated at their tables, animations, folk dance performances from different regions, a representation of a traditional Anatolian wedding, and an Oriental show will take place.
  While watching these performances, our guests will taste regional dishes along with unlimited drinks and beverages.
  After the animations, there will be a designated time for guests to dance and have fun.
  Following the Turkish Night entertainment, each guest will be dropped back to their hotel by our vehicles.

A Cappadocia tour will be organized on September 27th around 13:00.

Guests who wish to participate will be picked up by tour vehicles from the Cappadocia University Factory Campus between 13:00 and 13:30, and a general Cappadocia tour along with a panoramic tour will be conducted with professional tour guides. The guides will provide explanations in both English and Turkish.

The tour will visit the following sites: Ortahisar Castle viewpoint, Pigeon Valley, Göreme Panorama, Çavuşin Ruins and the Çavuşin Rock-cut Church, Avanos Ceramic Workshop to watch pottery making, and Devrent Valley.

The final stop will be the Red Valley Panorama point, which offers the best view of the sunset. While watching the sunset in Cappadocia, our guests will be able to enjoy local Cappadocia wines.

After the sunset at Red Valley, each guest will be dropped back to their hotel by the tour vehicles.

• You can also make reservations for activities specific to the Cappadocia region, such as hot air balloon tours, horse riding tours, and ATV (quad bike) tours.

Since September is the peak season for Cappadocia, and it may be difficult to find availability for Balloon tours, you can make a reservation in advance.
Alternatively, you can visit our information desk at the Cappadocia University Factory Campus, where the conferences will be held, and get information from our professional consultants to make your activity reservations.

Important:

• The registration fee will be discounted by 50% for SEDER members, master and PhD students, and students of Cappadocia University.
• At least one author has to register within 2 weeks after notification to be included into the programme.
• If a paper has multiple authors and these authors’ names are written in more than two papers, these authors have made normal registration payment
• The second and more papers 80 Euro each.
• A Group discount of 15% is available for 6 or more participants (except student) from the same institution, registering at the same time.
• If your paper is not accepted by the reviewers, your payment will be refunded.
• When you make your payment please scan your payment receipt to wcda.secretariat@gmail.com and also do not forget to write paper ID number
• If your full paper is more than 8 pages, you have to pay 21€ per page
• You can make your extra pages payment using the same payment methods used for registration
• Refund is only possible till 20 days before from the conference starting date, and you will get your refund after one week later from the conference finishing date.

Participants and students who work or study in universities and institutions being colloboration with the conference, get benefit from the 20% discount of participant registration fee (from Euro current rate).

• Guests who wish to explore and experience Cappadocia more deeply can extend their stay by a few days before or after the Conference schedule to have more time to experience Cappadocia.
