{"id":21,"date":"2013-06-07T08:12:23","date_gmt":"2013-06-07T05:12:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.globalcenter.info\/gcpr\/?page_id=21"},"modified":"2015-07-22T14:24:44","modified_gmt":"2015-07-22T11:24:44","slug":"publication-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.globalcenter.info\/gcpr\/?page_id=21","title":{"rendered":"Publication Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>All proposals will be subjected to peer-reviews.<\/li>\n<li>The accepted papers will be published by International Leading Publishers (on process of agreement)\u00a0or\u00a0AWER-Center Proceedings Journals indexed by AWER INDEX\u00a0and also submitted to<span style=\"color: #339966;\">\u00a0<strong>SCOPUS<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>EBSCO<\/strong>,<\/span>\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index \u2013 CPCI (ISI Web of Science)<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>for evaluation for inclusion in the list.<\/li>\n<li>Selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in the supporting journals.<\/li>\n<li>The selection panel of the conference committee will consider all paper abstracts received by the submission deadline to ensure that the proposed paper is relevant to the Conference.<\/li>\n<li>The authors of abstracts that describe a relevant paper will receive in four day a notification of abstract selection.<\/li>\n<li>All full papers will be double-blind reviewed by reviewers of the conference committee to ensure an adequate standard, that the proposed subject of their abstract has been followed, that the paper is of a suitable length, the standard of Language is adequate and the paper is appropriately referenced.<\/li>\n<li>For authors whose first language is not English we request that you have your work proof read prior to submission by a native English speaker (or at least a fluent English speaker). Papers can be rejected due to a poor standard of English.<\/li>\n<li>Papers that are accepted will be published in the conference proceedings providing at least one author register and present (physical or virtual) the paper at the Conference.<\/li>\n<li>The authors will have the full responsibility of accuracy and authenticity of their papers since they will be published as they are received without further proofreading and\/or editing. We take plagiarism issue very seriously. All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism.
