Theme of the congress:  New Approaches in Special Education and Evidence-Based Applications

International Congress of Special Education (ICSE) is an international congress dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in special education. ICSE aims to increase collaboration between academicians, researchers and professionals working in the area of special education from all over the world.
